What will you do
Leading periodical and per demand Reliability Analysis of products, modules and components
Periodical field MTBF calculation and reports (global and ad- hoc per customer ), Failure Rate and Return rate – Global and per customer
Analysis root cause of field failures and feedback to R&D
Investigation of customer complaints related to products reliability
Usage of techniques like FMEA , FTA for failure analysis and mitigation
Assisting sales groups in bids where Reliability details and statement are required
Assist reliability engineer with managing reliability risks that could adversely products’ durability, serviceability and maintainability
Define and build reliability tools such as: ECOs affect prediction, Failure trends, MTBF dash boards, Reliability KPIs
Assist with investigation of customer complaints and non-conformities complaints
Job Requirements
What are the requirements
Mechanical or electrical engineer 3 years of experience in systems production or maintenance processes
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical production processes and technologies
Mastering in Excel
Familiarity with common failure mechanisms – Corrosion, Electrical surges, fatigue, water ingress, chemical deterioration, Electromagnetic interference
Fluent English (read write speak)
Fast learner , work independently
Good communication skills and human relations
Experience with Tableau. Developer experience - advantage
CRE or academic degree in Reliability studies – an advantage
