Sales Account Director

Job Description

Ceragon is looking for a goal-oriented Sales Director who has strong proven track record in Direct Selling of Telecom – Infrastructure equipment to Telcos and ISPs

Major duties and responsibilities:

· Win new Customers

· Cut Deals, secure Orders and meet Gross Margin targets

· Define and execute winning sales strategies

· Negotiate and close contracts

· Leverage Ceragon’s unique value propositions, no sell on price

· Develop attack plans including selling services and software licenses

· Position Ceragon’s MW product and new product family (IP-50FX, T.I.P approved Disaggregated Cell Site Routers)

· Manages and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM system (SalesForce.Com)

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

· Achievement of Order booking and Gross Margin target

· Achievement of strategic objectives defined by management



Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience and achievement in selling into large accounts telecom infrastructure (Transport, Services, Routers);

· Has existing and excellent relations with senior management team or key decision makers in Tier-1 Telcos such as PT-Telkom, Telkomsel

· Hunt and takes qualified leads pro-actively forward and able to close deals

· Confident to make the difference, competitive, creative and articulate

· Cell Site Router and Microwave industry knowledge is a plus

· Ability to work under pressure and to deliver on schedule

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
