Sales Director, Oceania

Job Description

Ceragon is looking for a Regional Sales Manager who has demonstrated ability in Direct Selling to Tier1 Telcos, ISPs and Verticals and in Indirect Selling to channels and partners with at least 7 Years of sales experience.

Responsibilities/ Tasks:

  • Secure order booking and Gross Margin (GM) targets
  • Develop and maintain existing Customers and Partners relations
  • Locate and propose potential business deals with potential partners/clients
  • Define and execute winning sales strategy
  • Develop and negotiate contracts
  • Close new business deals
  • Forecast bookings, keep updated and ensure that they are met
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Developing attack plan for selling services related to microwave domain or with 3rd party elements as end-to-end solution complimenting Ceragon microwave
  • Creates and Manages opportunity pipeline and sales forecasting using CRM system (SalesForce.Com)

Job Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability/desire to win deals
  • Proven experience in consulting and developing strategic solutions in the 4G/5G wireless transport space
  • Track record in closing deals and ensuring long term relationships with prospects, partners, and customers
  • Experience in developing and selling turnkey, managed services projects - an advantage
  • Can adapt with different business models
  • Experience in working in MNC
  • Self-motivated with high ability to initiate, follow up and complete activities.
  • Competitive, creative and articulate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deliver on schedule
  • Experience in selling IP, SDN or cloud solutions to MNO’s, ISPs directly/indirectly via Channels
