The Pre-Sales Engineer takes responsibility for all Pre-Sales related activities within the assign or designated territory in support of the Sales Director and Sales Managers. The role requires excellent knowledge of Ceragon’s products and their relevant configurations, technical and the general needs of the customers. Good analytical and financial ability is required combined with good inter-personal skills. Able to multi-task, support a diverse and distributed team, provide accurate and concise information and directly assist in delivery of Sales Revenue, GM and CM according to plan.

Roles & Responsibilities 


• Drive the Sales organization to ensure all team members achieve or over-achieve their targets. 

  • Provide timely input for offers relating to equipment configuration, liaison with HQ for specific information and ensuring a high degree of accuracy in the offers provided. 

• Provide guidance to the Sales Directors and Sales Managers in relation to product knowledge, technical specification and design parameters. 

  • Liaison with the Technical Operations team for additional expert support for network planning. 
  • Liaison with Projects for input regarding Services costs and timelines. 

• Work closely with peers to achieve the overall company objectives in terms of growth, profitability and sustainability throughout the Region. 

• Contribute to Revenue Growth, Gross Margin improvement and Contribution Margin improvement. Contribute to Revenue Growth, Gross Margin improvement and Contribution Margin improvement. 



• Provide ad-hoc reports as required. 

  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in the reporting systems including Sales Force where input is provided by the Pre-Sales team. 


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant progressive experience.  
  • Proven strong organizational and commercial skills. 
  • Strong process orientation; well-structured and well organized, ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and adjust models in response to business events. 
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate both internally with the company and externally with customers. 
  • Self-motivated, high integrity, professionalism, and with the ability to work well with others and eager to be successful, resourceful problem-solver. 
  • Hands on capabilities with radio and switching products. 
  • Strong RF and networks’ design experience
