Sales Manager-Critical Infrastructure

Ceragon is the #1 leading Wireless backhaul company. We have an exciting opening for a Sales Manager inside our Critical Infrastructure department. . Candidate can be located anywhere in the Unites States

Responsible for sales and the go-to-market strategy for Ceragon Networks in North America (NA) for the Critical Infrastructure Vertical Market which includes Public Safety, Local, State and Federal Government and Utility customers. Job duties include:

  • ·        Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market sales strategy for Critical Infrastructure (Utility, Public Safety, Local, State, and Federal Government) vertical markets to achieve booking, revenue, profit and growth targets
  • ·        Leverage Manufacturers Representative partners to identify new opportunities and reach new customers
  • ·        Execute sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for Critical Infrastructure customers
  • ·        Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer’s technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions
  • ·        Identify new channels and routes to market and partner with channel team to recruit, enable and develop new partners
  • ·        Develop, manage, and report on KPI’s including sales funnel and provide accurate and timely forecasts to management
  • ·        Use Sales Force and other company tools to provide business information in support of sales activities
  • ·        Work internally with Product Management, Services & Customer Service teams to exceed partners and customer expectations
  • ·        Manage “cross-functional” activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, customer support and finance
  • ·        Conduct sales activities including solution selling, establishing value prop, responding to tenders, and performing hands-on demonstrations
  • Drive the Critical Infrastructure marketing strategy. Attend tradeshows and participate in other sales/marketing events as required 


Job Requirements

  • ·        Bachelor’s Degree
  • ·        5+ years of sales in Critical Infrastructure Market including Utility, Public Safety and Federal Government experience
  • ·        3+ years’ experience in selling and/or designing wireless (Microwave) communications systems
  • ·        Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation)
  • ·        Excellent negotiation skills
  • ·        Track record of ability to close complex sales
  • ·        Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
  • ·        Proven stakeholder management and managerial skills
  • ·        Ability to lead a matrix management team to address customer requirements
  • ·        Deep understanding of the utility, local, state, federal, and public safety proposal process with proposal assembly experience
  • ·        Technical background and experience in telecom industry and data networks through knowledge in RF, Microwave and wireless products is key
  • ·        Strong process orientation, well-structured and well organized, ability to manage multiple tasks
  • ·        Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and adjust models in response to business events
  • ·        Excellent time management to meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives
  • ·        Self-motivated and eager to be a successful, resourceful problem-solver
  • ·        Act with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
  • ·        A good team player with the ability to work well with others
  • ·        Experience working with an international company headquartered outside of North America
  • ·        Significant travel as needed to achieve business objectives
