The Services Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities
Increase business opportunities and generate revenue from key strategic accounts, in pursuing region objectives aligned to company values, while exceeding customer’s expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction
Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization. Accountable for achieving the strategic objectives defined by company management.
Foster close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders and other senior executives.
Present and sell the Company’s products and services to current and potential clients.
Work on business development for existing accounts.
Explore new accounts and segments besides service providers and government
Identify sales prospects and contract these and other accounts as assigned and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Responsible for accurate and on-time reporting, essential for organization effectiveness.
Regularly prepare sales forecast reports.
Provide routine weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as required by the Company’s procedures and his/her supervisor.
Provide ad-hoc reports as required and maintain a high degree of accuracy in the reporting systems including Sales Force.
Follow up client’s order internally working in collaboration with all areas involved.
Promote and handle service renovation agreements.
Propose innovative solutions for customers that resolve challenges with multi-technology and multi-vendor.
Work with Execution team and TAM to farm potential effort based on discovered customer needs.
Identifying architectural gaps in our customer’s networks as well as customer needs and provide recommendations for solution and develop novel customer tailored services by using our building blocks as Planning, Preventive Maintenance, Network Optimization, training
Closely interact and works together collaboratively with other organizations in the company such as R&D, Marketing, etc.
Lead and/or collaborate in strategic Regional Initiatives
