Ceragon is looking for a Sales Manager who has demonstrated ability in Direct Selling to Tier1 Telcos, ISPs and Verticals and also in Indirect Selling to channels and partners with at least 7 Years of sales experience. This is a unique role that is highly flexible and mobile. It attracts extensive travelling to visit clients. The candidates contribution will make a difference to the team. Responsibilities/ Tasks:
Develop and maintain existing Customers and Partners relations
Locate and propose potential business deals with potential partners/clients
Define and execute winning sales strategy
Develop and negotiate contracts
Close new business deals
Forecast bookings, keep updated salesforce.com and ensure that they are met
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability/desire to win deals
Track record in closing deals (equipment, network rollout and after sales services, managed services, software solutions)
Work with different business models
Experience in working in MNC
Self-motivated with high ability to initiate, follow up and complete activities.
Competitive, creative and articulate.
Ability to work under pressure and to deliver on schedule
Experience in selling IP, SDN or cloud solutions to MNO’s, ISPs directly/indirectly via Channels
