We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our fast growing team.
Responsibility for setting the “win” strategy for the region
Leading the preparation of sales plans, business plans and product development plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to influence customers’ technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions.
Provide constructive and meaningful intelligence on the competition, customer requirements, market trends and product features to the appropriate organization.
Conduct sales presentations and participate in industry trade shows.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records.
Maintain technical proficiency, competitive knowledge and industry trends.
Lead to new collaborations as well as maintain strategic contacts with existing customers regarding the use of company products and services.
Manage “cross-functional” activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, customer support and finance.
Analyze existing requirements and anticipated customer demands as well as promote the consideration of the company’s products and services to fill such requirements.
Work closely with Product Line Management and informed of new products and other information of interest to customers.
Provide accurate and timely forecasts to management.
Responsibility for Customer Satisfaction of the named accounts through the entire Sales Cycle. From marketing, sales, delivery, installation & commissioning, invoicing and collection.
Use the tools available, such as Sales Force, to provide business information in support of sales activities
Experience in Sales and Account Management in the Telecommunications Industry.
At least 5 years successful Sales experience in Telecommunications. Microwave transmission experiences an advantage.
Understanding of how an Operator works, including what drives customer satisfaction.
University Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or similar technical field an advantage.
Self-starter / self-motivated
Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation).
Excellent negotiation skills.
Requires extensive travel 60~70% as needed
