Major Job Responsibilities
The main goal of this position is to win new customers, within the market segment, generating revenue growth.
Additionally, to increase business opportunities and generate revenue from existing key strategic accounts, in pursuing region objectives aligned to company values, while exceeding customer’s expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction
Areas of responsibility, permanent objectives and duties
Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service, understanding the strategies, goals and objectives of assigned accounts.
Meet and exceed booking, margin quotas and revenue goals.
Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the channel organization. Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the organization.
Setting up the overall sales strategy in the relevant areas: Creating and executing on a strategic plan to drive sales and profit growth in the vertical market.
Developing new value propositions, use cases and campaigns.
Prospect the right decision makers within a business to identify new business opportunities and bring an innovative approach to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer-oriented mindset.
Identifying, evaluating, and recommending product and service enhancements that improve the overall value to our customers.
Responsible to manage, build formal business proposals and presentations, presents to all levels of the organization including executives, leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-
making processes, and overcomes objectives to closure, and closes sales in a professional and effective manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that effect target markets.
Ensure the CRM database is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis, with forecast accuracy.

Qualification and Education
Preferable Masters in telecommunications, electrical engineering or/and business administration, (MBA) or equivalent preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of Italian/Spanish/France/German is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in comparable business
