Responsible for Ceragon Networks business development and sales to Tier 2/3/4 Telecom operators and WISP/SPs in North America

Expand Ceragon’s Tier 2/3/4 Telecom and WISP/SP customer base

·        Create strategic account plans and lead business development, sales, and overall customer relationship of Rural Operators/Service Providers

·        Aggressively pursue sales to companies who have received federal and state grants for rural service expansion (e.g., IIJA, ReConnect)

·        Match customer needs with expanded Ceragon portfolio including Microwave, Millimeter wave, Managed Service, Network Role Out, Network optimization tools & Integrated 3rd Party Solutions while communicating clear customer value

·        Act as a trusted advisor to influence customers’ technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions, including product and services

·        Achieve sales target of assigned annual quota

·        Identify and drive partnership with third party suppliers to enable creation of turnkey/end-to-end offers to potential customers

·        Develop, manage, and report on sales funnel and provide accurate and timely forecasts to management

·        Use Salesforce and other tools to provide business information in support of sales activities

·        Work internally with product management, services, and customer service teams to exceed customer expectations

·        Manage “cross-functional” activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, customer support and finance

Job Requirements

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations

 Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of new business development and sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or WISP

·        Proven track record of success in selling end-end turnkey solutions

·        Experience in the telecom industry or data networking

·        Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills

·        Professional presence with ability to develop and maintain relationships with C-Level executives

·        Ability to successfully work in a matrix management team to address customer requirements

·        Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and adjust models in response to business events

·        Self-motivated with ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectives

·        Act with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and collaboration

·        Maintain a positive attitude and be eager to be successful

·        Exceptional negotiation skills

·        An understanding of the federal/state grant process is highly desired

·        Requires extensive travel 40~50% as needed
