Sales Operations Coordinator

 What will you do:

  • Order Management and maintenance throughout the complete order lifecycle.
  • Issue invoices, credits and send them to customers.
  • License Management on our online platform.
  • Hand in hand due diligence work with Sales Ops HQ teams,
  • Reporting throughout the Order to Cash cycle.
  • Participate in process improvements and ERP developments.
  • Continuously expanding your contact and influence circle to meet daily business requirements.
  • Maintain (open/change/update) customer profile in the ERP system.

Job Requirements

Our future colleague must have:

  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) savvy.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Administration skills (planning & organizing, meeting minutes, follow ups, etc.).
  • Detail orientation and very good communication skills.
  • Service oriented mindset.
  • High ownership & determination level.
  • Ability to perform in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in similar positions, part of a Global Company
  • ERP systems knowledge, preferably in Sales module aspect (Oracle Applications/SAP)
  • Salesforce knowledge
