Position Overview

As the Sales Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of the sales operations team. on the one hand You will be in charge for overseeing the whole opportunity to cash process of the North America region, while on the other hand you will be managing sales support systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our sales staff, managing our CRM system, and liaising between sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve targets and enhance the sales life cycle

 Key Responsibilities

 - Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor sales goals, and formulate strategic plans to enhance sales productivity and revenue.

- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop a team of sales operations professionals; mentor the team for career growth, improved performance, and increased job satisfaction.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends, forecast sales, and pinpoint improvement areas.

- Process Optimization: Continually assess and improve sales processes to increase efficiency, speed, and effectiveness across the sales cycle.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, operations and product development teams to align on objectives and ensure seamless execution of our orders, sales campaigns and initiatives.

- Data Management and Reporting: Ensure the integrity of sales data, prepare reports for upper management, and provide actionable insights.

- Training and Support: Facilitate ongoing training and support to sales personnel, ensuring that the team is fully equipped with up-to-date knowledge of sales techniques and company guidelines

- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for any issues that arise within the sales operations team, swiftly resolving problems that may impact the sales process or customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements


 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- A minimum of 8 years of sales operations experience in a global company which is hardware focused, with at least 2 years in a management position.

- Proven track record in process improvement, and team leadership.

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into strategy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- In-depth knowledge of CRM and database software, preferably with experience in Salesforce or similar platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
