Ceragon is looking for new talent, to join our SOP Global group as Team Leader for North America Region.
We seek a committed and experienced professional, who will be the regional trusted representative at HQ. A Team Leader who will empower the team and enable professional and personal growth. A master in establishing & maintaining professional relationships, while tackling conflicts and hurdles encountered along the way.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage regional CSMs (Customer Success Managers) who are the main focal points for Ceragon Customers
Ensure effective and efficient work flow in SOP domain and lead improvement initiatives
Work closely with main Regional & Corporate functions, to support business strategies and objectives
Build and maintain strong professional, trusted relationships with customers and management
Effectively Manage escalations while keeping a wide perspective and a learning approach
5-7 years experience in similar role/domain
Experience in managerial positions & customer facing roles
Excellent cross functional collaboration skills and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations and dynamic environment
Excellent English, written and verbal
