Job Description

Ceragon is looking for a goal-oriented Sales Solution Siklu who has strong proven track record in both channel and direct selling of telecom infrastructure equipment to support private networks, ISPs, the vertical markets along with managed services and network roll out.

Major duties and responsibilities: 

·        Win new Customers.

·        Cut Deals, secure Orders and meet Gross Margin targets.

·        Define and execute winning sales strategies.

·        Negotiate and close contracts.

·        Leverage Ceragon’s unique selling propositions, not simply sell on price.

·        Develop attack plans including selling services.

·        Position Ceragon’s Siklu new product family

·        Focus on new accounts and Ceragon growth engines.

·        Manages pipeline using CRM system (SalesForce.Com).

 

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

·        Achievement of Order booking and Gross Margin.

·        Achievement of strategic objectives defined by management.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

·        Sold into large accounts telecom infrastructure (Transport, Services, Routers);

·        Possesses a hunter-like mentality.

·        Holds existing relationships within the microwave market and can leverage this to deliver new

accounts. 

·        Confident to make the difference, competitive, creative, and articulate.

·        Cell Site Router and Microwave industry knowledge is critical.

·        Ability to work under pressure and to deliver on schedule.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
