Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional passionate about infrastructure, security, and virtualization. Join our team to work with cutting-edge technologies, optimize networks, and provide solutions to develop our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, VPNs, and NAT to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Administer physical and virtual servers (VMWare), ensuring redundancy and high availability.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backup systems.
• Oversee Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Office 365: user and mailbox management, conditional access, Intune, and security policies.
• Handle large-scale virtualization infrastructure, including NetApp storage and VEEAM backups.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, providing innovative solutions and minimizing downtime.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT department.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs.
• Proven experience configuring and managing firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft-based networks (Azure, O365).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMWare), storage solutions (NetApp), and backup systems (VEEAM).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Team player, well-organized, and user-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cisco switches, Fortinet FortiGate, and FortiManager.
• Familiarity with NAC solutions.
• Experience with SCCM and Linux.
