JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead our network delivery

projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and relational-sales oriented individual with a strong background

in managing complex projects, including private networks, critical infrastructure, and network deployment

(both HW & SW). The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication

skills, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale network projects.

Location: Plano (on-site)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of network delivery software projects,

including critical infrastructure development.

• Develop detailed project plans, addressing resource allocation, communication, timelines, risk,

and budget.

• Manage a large matrixed team supporting projects including Project Engineers, Network

Integrators, Network Design Engineers, Transmission Engineers, and Project subcontractors.

Define and clarify Roles & Responsibilities of the project team and extended team members.

• Create and maintain project schedule outlining critical path and key operational and financial

milestones.

• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestone completions and any

deviations from baseline plan agreed with customer.

• Define strategy and plan of action to address variances in plan while communicating impacts to

the team, management, and customer.

• Drive Risk Analysis with Sales and Delivery functions and collaborate to mitigate and/or de-risk.

• Timely escalation of key Project Risks / Issues to Executive Management team members with

proposed remediation plan.

• Drive Change Management reviews with Key Stakeholders to align on associated impacts to time

and cost.

• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team

regularly.

• Develop and maintain close working relationships with Sales, Engineering, Financial teams to

drive growth and business outcomes.

• Act as a trusted advisor with clients and all stakeholders, ensuring project objectives align with

their needs and expectations.

• Manage all aspects of the ongoing relationship with the various vendors / partners / suppliers to

ensure operationally all SLA targets and financial targets are met or exceeded in support of

identified project goals including customer as well as financial.

• Develop knowledge of products and service offerings for up/cross-selling to clients.

• Foster a collaborative work environment, providing guidance, coaching and mentorship to project

team members, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

• Drive frequent lessons learned reviews with project stakeholders and facilitate implementation.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or BA in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent work

experience.

• 10+ years experience as a project manager / technical lead in telecommunication industry

• Fundamental understanding of Microwave / Wireless Transmission

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale network deployment projects

• Proficient understanding of network technologies, private networks, and critical infrastructure

• Strong leadership skills with significant experience in team management.

• Proficiency in project management software (.mpp) and other administrative tools (.xls,.ppt)

• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
