Ceragon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product Development to lead a software product line. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a proven track record in product development, and the ability to drive multi-national, cross-functional teams towards success.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the product development team to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Develop and implement product strategies and innovation aligned with Ceragon's business goals.
Oversee all stages of product development, including market research, ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive product development and launch.
Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Ensure that all product development processes are efficient and adhere to Telecommunication industry standards and best practices.
Communicate product plans, progress, and challenges to senior management and other stakeholders.
Manage product development budgets and resources effectively.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Business, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-national, multi-disciplinary product development or product management with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication network management
Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Experience with agile product development methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
