Strategic Partners Director

Job Description

  • We are seeking a Strategic Partners Director, which will be managing the relationship with Ceragon’s strategic global partners and OEMs.
  • This job includes both managing and building the business with Ceragon’s strategic Partners.
  • Reporting to VP Business development.


  • Managing day-to-day business relationship with existing global partners. Extending Ceragon sales through partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the lead generating to closing a deal.
  • Working hand to hand with Ceragon’s partners (both HQ and their local sales teams) and Ceragon’s Sales teams.
  • Support business through partners by representing the partners in Ceragon - coordinating responses to RFIs/RFPs, solving conflicts.
  • Leading and Coordinating with Ceragon’s headquarters functions - Delivery/operations, finance, legal, Deal analysis, etc.
  • Meet/exceed assigned key performance quotas.
  • Dominant farming position with a need for hunting.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience of 7+ years in sales to telecom international market (ideally with global partners, key global accounts).
  • Farmer oriented sales persona with sales hunting capabilities. 
  • Working with large scale global companies – Advantage.
  • Strategic and business oriented thinker.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional departments and driving stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly articulate in English, both verbal and written (additional languages an advantage).
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.          
  • Frequent travel at least 20%-30% of time and a high level of responsiveness.
