Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our HR team in Bangalore. In this dual role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in attracting top talent to our organization while also providing strategic HR support to business units within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, coupled with HRBP experience, and hold an MBA in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions across various business units, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the offer negotiation process.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

HR Business Partnering:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, understanding their objectives, challenges, and talent requirements.
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and address HR issues and trends within the business units, offering creative solutions and recommendations.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within assigned business units.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions, analyze feedback, and implement action plans to address concerns and improve employee experience.
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement retention strategies, including career development programs, recognition programs, and talent mobility initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Full-time MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed institution.
  • 7-8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Proven experience in providing strategic HR support to business units, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
