What will you do
Design and develop end to end Technical Training courses specific for Ceragon Products on Radio/Routing/Network Intelligence and other Transmission Technologies: SDH, Ethernet, 5G, 4G, Radio Propagation, Radio Planning, Routing, Network Management tools.
Training deliveries according to fixed schedule and agenda for customers or internally.
Maintain/Update and develop Technical Training Portfolio for all Networking/Radio/Network Intelligence Products. Should be able to implement proper Learning Objectives and Learning Design into Content, Delivery and Activities in both virtual and frontal situations.
A clear, persuasive, and concise communicator with Good Presentation Skills, Time Management and Group/Stakeholder Management.
Development, testing, implementing of Courses and Learning Paths on a Learning Management System. Litmos, Cornerstone, Success Factors experience preferred.
Autonomous Development of instructional videos from plan to execution, in any technological field, with some experience with Video & Photo content creation show company values being translated into benefits for training customer.

What are the requirements
B.Sc. in Telecommunications/Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in transmission/data networks related projects (telecom networks, ISP networks, microwave network, Etc.)
Proven experience with customer interfacing activities (Tier2/3/BO) and/or experience in providing technical presentations towards customers or other 3rd parties (including internally)
Able to demonstrate clear customer facing communication skills in Frontal, Virtual and written format
Good understanding of P2P Microwave Link typical system configurations and techniques (2+0, 1+1 HSB, XPIC, Space Diversity, Adaptive Modulation, QAM-X)
Good understanding of transmission technologies concepts, principles, and techniques (bandwidth, modulation, multiplexing, coding, RSL, attenuation, Signal-to-Noise, duplexing, wavelength, channel)
Understanding of P2P Microwave Link planning and design principles
Proven experience with installation, configuration and/or troubleshooting of Microwave/transmission networks (Engineering and/or Operations experience)
Demonstrate working knowledge and good understanding of data transport technologies (DWDM/PDH/SDH/Ethernet/MW/IP/MPLS) along with IP Backhaul network architecture, principles and protocols
Hands-on experience on NMS or similar network monitoring/management systems
Good understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G Mobile Networks architecture and services
Experience with developing presentations (ppt) and/or visual materials (video, doc, Visio) – explaining procedures, workflows, technical solutions, Etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent command of the English language. Minimum B2. C1 Preferred.
