What will you do
Establish an effective project organization based on size and complexity of the project
Have the technical view and understanding for design and installation planning for offshore installations..
Develop and maintain a detailed Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and project baseline
Report project progress, cost, and critical issues regularly (as agreed)
Liaise with project sponsors and stakeholders to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project and to ensure dependencies with other projects are understood and managed
Specify and coordinate (JIT) work and products, which will be acquired from external suppliers with the work and products from Ceragon.
Manage business/project risks, inclusive development of contingency plans
Make sure project deliverables are accepted and by customer
Organize the acceptance and handover to live operation providing the necessary documentation and operating instructions.
Establish effective communications with customer, project team, project sponsor, suppliers and with other stakeholders
Participate in project evaluations ensuring that the project sponsor and other key customers are satisfied with the project outcome/deliverables hopefully resulting in additional business
Job Requirements
What are the requirements
University or college graduate, Minimum Bachelor degree in applicable field
Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within the field
Experience from the Oil and Gas industry
Minimum is fluent English both written and oral
Experience in project implementation of larger projects with significant elements of services and logistics
Experience in working with Contracts
Experience in use of project planning tools (preferably Microsoft Projects)
Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
