The Vice President Channel Sales is responsible for Ceragon’s North American Channel Program and Channel sales. The VP is overseeing a network of distributors, resellers, manufacturers’ representatives, and white-label partners serving various business verticals. The VP is leading a team of sales managers engaged with both channels and end-users. The VP role is to set Ceragon NAM’s indirect strategy in line with the Business Unit’s and corporate strategies, execute the indirect go-to-market and generate business growth by enhancing business development and sales activities. 

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop channel partners

·        developing and executing channel strategies to expand market reach, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement

·        Optimizing and maintain the channel partners network to address changing business needs

·        Ensuring ongoing development, training and retirement of partners as needed

·        Maintaining consistent tiered pricing

·        Oversee and lead ongoing activities and interactions with channel partners

·        Focus on marketing towards and with channel partners

Sales

·        Lead a team of direct- and indirect Sales Managers

·        

·        Take responsibility for the overall indirect channel sales revenue either via distribution or directly from system integrators, VAR’s.

·        Management, motivation, training, and reporting

·        Ensure the proper performance of channel sales through training incentives and motivation.

·        Set commission and bonus structure and levels.

·        Maintain and recruit an effective channel sales force.

·        Complete a monthly sell-in and sell-through report and comprehensive quarterly analysis.

·        Help sell into the top accounts.

·        Maintain direct relationships through systematic contact with top key accounts.

Job Requirements

Knowledge And Skills

The ideal candidate would be well-rounded in all aspects of business development and sales methodology in various verticals, with focus on Telecommunications and Security . Extensive knowledge channels of sales and distribution channel marketing team management, presentation, sales and strong training skills during high growth stages.

·        Empathy -- ability to tune into client, very good questioning skills
