Mr. Palti joined Ceragon in 2005 and currently serves as President and CEO. From January 2003 to August 2005, he was CEO of Seabridge Ltd., a Siemens company that is a global leader in the area of broadband services and networks. Prior to joining Seabridge, he was the COO of VocalTec Communications Ltd., responsible for sales, marketing, customer support and product development. Among the positions Mr. Palti held before joining VocalTec was founder of Rosh Intelligent Systems, a company providing software maintenance and artificial intelligence diagnostic solutions.

Mr. Arazi joined Ceragon as CFO after a long, successful career with Amdocs where he managed the business relationship with a US Tier-1 mobile operator and was responsible for hundreds of employees. Prior to Amdocs, Doron looked after the financial and growth activities of other high-tech companies in the telecommunications sector, including serving as CFO of Allot Communications and VP of Finance at Verint. Doron is a CPA and holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting as well as an MBA degree focusing on Finance and Insurance.

Mr. Reina joined Ceragon in 2015, he serves the company as EVP Global Products responsible for the conception, creation and delivery of leading-edge wireless backhaul solutions. With more than 25 years in management of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects and sizeable R&D organizations, Mr. Reina brings a wide breadth of experience along with a sharp focus on innovation and product delivery. Mr. Reina holds a B.Sc. (cum laude) in Electrical Engineering and an M.Sc. (summa cum laude) in Management from Ben-Gurion University.

Oz Zimerman is the EVP Global Corporate Development at Ceragon and is leading our business development, M&A, global channels programs and OEM activities. He brings over 20 years of business and marketing experience to the company. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Zimerman was Corporate VP of Marketing and Business Development at DSP Group (DSPG) where he was responsible for leading the company’s overall marketing activities, M&A as well as supporting its worldwide expansion. Prior to joining DSP Group, Oz was VP Marketing at Comverse (CMVT) where he led global positioning and developed partnerships. Before joining Comverse, he was VP Marketing and Global Channels at ECI Telecom. Preceding ECI, he was Engagement Manager at Shaldor, a leading management consulting firm. Oz holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Polytechnic University (summa cum laude) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Industrial Engineering from Columbia University.

Nurit Kruk-Zilca was appointed Ceragon’s Executive Vice President, Human Resources in 2014. From 2005 until her appointment, she served in a wide variety of positions in the company’s Human Resources Department, most recently, VP Global HR with responsibility for all HR Business Partners. Prior to joining Ceragon, she was a talent-acquisition specialist for Intel Israel. Ms. Kruk-Zilca holds a B.A. in Education and Leadership and an M.A. in Organizational Sociology from Tel Aviv University.

Shai Yaniv joined Ceragon in 2009 and currently serves as VP Marketing, leading global marketing and product portfolio management programs. Mr. Yaniv brings over 20 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing and Business Development. Previously he served as Ceragon’s Vice President of Product Management, overseeing Ceragon’s successful launch of the IP-20 platform worldwide. Prior to joining Ceragon, Shai held various senior-level positions at Alvarion (ALVR), where he led the company’s product and strategic marketing programs. Shai holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology, and a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
Ms. Michal Lavee Machlav was appointed Ceragon’s Vice President, General Counsel in 2015. Ms. Lavee Machlav joined Ceragon after a long and successful career at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd., where she served as Deputy General Counsel, co-managing the company’s legal department as well as serving as the General Counsel of Gilat’s US subsidiary – Spacenet Inc. Prior to Gilat, Ms. Lavee Machlav worked at Raicol Crystal, where she held the position of Chief Business Officer and General Counsel. Between 2000 and 2005, Ms. Lavee Machlav worked at GKH, one of Israel’s largest and most prestigious law firms, as a Senior Associate specializing in corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining GKH, Ms. Lavee Machlav worked at IAI – the Israeli Aerospace Industries. Ms. Lavee Machlav holds both an L.L.B. and a B.A. in Political Science (summa cum laude) from the Tel Aviv University.

Charles Meyo brings to Ceragon’s North America operations a wealth of industry knowledge and over a decade of executive experience in sales, marketing, channels, services and operations. Prior to joining Ceragon, Chuck served as Vice President of Global Channels and Americas Sales at Narus, Inc. driving the company’s IP traffic analytics software through global channels. In 2011, the company was acquired by The Boeing Company where Chuck worked within the Boeing Defense, Space and Security division to drive their cyber security strategy and go-to-market strategy. Earlier, Chuck was the Sales Vice President of the IBM Global Accounts and Alliances organization at Avaya. He was responsible for Avaya’s overall global relationship with IBM, the company’s largest and most strategic partner, delivering more than $180 million in annual sales. In addition, Chuck held a variety of successful sales and management roles at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.

Mr. Ancikovsky joined the Ceragon executive team in 2013. Prior to coming to Ceragon, Amit held a number of management positions at Airspan Networks Inc., including President of Sales & Products, where he was responsible for driving the company’s global growth and introducing new 4G wireless access technologies. Before that, Amit served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development for Gilat Networks Latin America, a world leader in VSAT technologies. Amit holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics and a Law degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Flavio joined Ceragon Networks in 2011 with responsibility for executing the company’s business strategy for major telecommunications operators worldwide. Prior to joining Ceragon, he was SIAE Microelettronica’s Head of Sales & Marketing for Europe. With more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the telecommunications market, Flavio also served as the Head of Sales for Europe & Key Accounts Manager for Italy for a major telecom service provider. He was also the Head of International Sales & Marketing for a major microwave manufacturer where he had responsibility for LATAM, the Far East and Northern Europe. Mr Perrucchetti holds a Masters Degree in Biology and did graduate study in Environmental Chemistry at the Università degli Studi di Milano.
Ram joined Ceragon in September 2002 and currently serves as President, APAC. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Ceragon, Ram held senior managerial positions at several companies including Stratex and Reliance.
Ram Prakash Tripathi
Mario Querner joined Ceragon in 2016 and serves as President of Ceragon in Asia Pacific, excluding India. Mario has over 25 years of international business experience in telecommunications and media, working in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Ceragon, Mario held the position of Vice President of Asia-Pacific at Newtec, a leading provider for satellite telecommunication solutions. From 2011 to 2013, Mario served as Head of Region, South East Asia at ECI (optical transmission networks). From 2009 to 2011 he was the Head of Sales at Technicolor, formerly Thomson, in charge of APAC-EMEA for Digital Home Solutions. From 1999 to 2009, Mario held several management positions at Alcatel-Lucent, the last of which was Managing Director and Country Senior Officer in Indonesia. Mario has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Braunschweig/Wolfenbuettel (Germany) and a degree in Business Administration from the Brunel University (United Kingdom).
