Mobile connectivity is the lifeline for many people and businesses across Niger, West Africa's largest country by area. While Niger’s mobile internet penetration is growing, it is still limited to less than 25% of the population.

Orange Niger, the country's second largest mobile operator, was granted 4G spectrum license in 2020 to bridge this gap and to provide essential broadband services country wide.
