Business Operations Sales - Delhi

Job Description

As Business operation India, you will be part of the Sales Operations team, while on the one hand You will be in charge for overseeing the whole opportunity to cash process of India region, monitoring and overlooking our sales support systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our sales staff, managing our CRM system, and liaising between sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve targets and enhance the sales life cycle


Key Responsibilities


- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor sales goals, and formulate strategic plans to enhance sales productivity and revenue.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify trends, forecast sales, and pinpoint improvement areas.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, operations and product development teams to align on objectives and ensure seamless execution of our orders, sales campaigns and initiatives.

- Data Management and Reporting: Ensure the integrity of sales data, prepare reports for the regional sales team, and provide actionable insights.

- Training and Support: Facilitate ongoing training and support to sales personnel, ensuring that the team is fully equipped with up-to-date knowledge of sales techniques and company guidelines

- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for any issues that arise within the sales team, swiftly resolving problems that may impact the sales process or customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of sales operations experience in a global company which is hardware focused,

- Proven track record in process improvement

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into strategy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of CRM and database software, preferably with experience in Salesforce or similar platforms.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
