What will you do

  • Resolve (replicate if needed) and communicate T3 cases and leading our Support Centers knowledge 
  • Manage communications for mission-critical product issues impacting regional Services and Sales teams
  • Coordinate and recommend the Engineering, Manufacturing and products teams for enhancements and improvements
  • Make sure that the regional Support Centers have the right skills and knowledge for at least T2 support
  • Provide support for Marketing collateral, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other promotional activities
  • Travel abroad up to 20% of working schedule

Job Requirements

What are the requirements

Mandatory:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years of experience dealing with customers (support, presale)
  • Knowledge of Microwave radio systems
  • Knowledge of IP Networking (TCP/IP and OSI stack)
  • L2 protocols (VLAN, Q-in-Q, STP, LLDP, etc.)
  • L3 Routing protocols (RIP, OPFS, BGP, etc.)
  • Excellent English knowledge - fluent in reading, writing, and speaking

Advantages:

  • Electronic/Telecommunications/Computer engineer (BA/BSc)
  • Knowledge and experience with L2 / L3, PDH/SDH and RF test equipment
  • Experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Microwave radio systems
  • CCNP or equivalent
  • Knowledge of PDH, SDH, Synchronization
  • Knowledge of SNMP, RADIUS, TACACS+, SDN, JASON API, SQL.

Preferred personal qualifications:

  • Experience in technical support, technical account management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and successfully collaborate with colleagues in a variety of roles
  • Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation
  • Solution-oriented
