We are seeking a skilled Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test systems to ensure the quality and reliability of our wireless communication products. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to support product development and production processes.

What Will You Will Do as Part of The Role?

  • Design and develop automated test solutions for RF and digital hardware components using ATE systems.
  • Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to define test requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and scripts to validate product performance and compliance.
  • Analyze test data, identify issues, and provide solutions to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing test strategies and equipment.
  • Document test processes, results, and provide training to production personnel as needed. 


Job Requirements

What does it require from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ATE development and implementation for RF (advantage) and digital hardware.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Delphi (Pascal).
  • Advantage: Understanding of RF principles, digital circuits, and signal processing.
  • Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers.
  • Familiarity with test data analysis and statistical tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
