What will you do
Support the management of our customer accounts across EMEA regions.
Assist with key activities such as collection, aging analysis, account reconciliation, credit management, reporting, and liaising with the AR insurance agency.
Regularly review the Region Accounts Receivable (AR) to investigate late payments.
Support with related accounting tasks as needed, based on the manager’s guidance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales Operations, Sales Representatives, HQ) and directly with customers to ensure timely and accurate account management.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for
1-2 years’ experience as a collector
Finance background
Experience in accounts receivable processing and invoicing, ensuring timely collection of payments
Good knowledge of Excel
Comfortable in English
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with customers to support timely collections and credit management.
Detail oriented
Would be nice to have
International corporate experience, with B2B specific, preferably Tech/Telco companies
Experience with Oracle systems
Additional European languages – Italian, Russian, French, Spanish
