Business Operations Specialist

Job Description


The Business Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the Sales team on SFDC from Funnel to PO. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, enhancing processes, and providing essential support to ensure the Sales team can operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales support mindset and be able to make decisions that align with the company’s strategic plans.

Responsibilities:

  • SFDC Account Management: Manage existing accounts and new account creation processes, ensuring data accuracy and enrichment (correct data, more Sales data, Incoterms, duplication of accounts, payment terms, etc.).
  • Opportunity Management: Oversee the funnel (pipeline and forecast) process management, including stages and probability knowledge and management.
  • Ensure data management reflects the accurate situation of opportunities, and manage unique opportunities to ensure accurate data
  • Quote Management: Support Sales in the quote management process in SFDC, ensuring all quotes are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Sales Support: Act as the point of contact for Sales on all SFDC-related issues, supporting account, opportunity, quote, and meeting summary management.
  • Training and Enablement: Conduct monthly training on SFDC processes, emphasizing adoption, tips and tricks, new developments, and understanding new requirements. Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, including training, onboarding plans & materials
  • Business Analysis: Perform business analysis activities for the Sales team, including creating reports, dashboards, trends, pipeline health, and data accuracy.

 


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations
  • Strong working knowledge of SFDC and BI (Tableau or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
