We are looking for People and Experience Manager LATAM to join our People team:

This position will be responsible for implementing and managing human resources programs, policies, and practices focused on employee relations and organizational environment. This role will play a key part in enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage programs related to organizational climate and employee well-being, supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for leaders across LATAM, providing guidance and solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for roles across the region, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and efficient hiring.
  • Oversee internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, retention efforts, and performance management support.
  • Collaborate with legal and operational teams on relocation, immigration, and contractor transitions.
  • Monitor feedback, run engagement surveys, and propose action plans to strengthen team morale and productivity.
  • Manage and track HR budget for LATAM in collaboration with the regional HR Director, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Promote and reinforce Ceragon’s employer brand and support wellness, recognition, and development programs.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles, ideally in multinational contexts.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) – essential for daily regional and global interactions.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
  • High proficiency in English in both written and verbal communications.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point and Oracle is essential for effective performance in the position.
