About the Role:
Ceragon is seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead our Private Networks portfolio.
As part of our global Product Line Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming deep customer pain points into innovative solutions — directly contributing to Ceragon’s strategic growth in the private networks market.
What Will You Do as Part of The Role?
· Work closely with regional sales teams, partners and direct customers to gather insights, define requirements, and shape real-world product use cases.
· Collaborate with solution architects and project delivery from the private networks business unit team to define offering based on customer experience.
· Obtain an updated and accurate understanding of competitors’ solutions in the relevant markets.
· Define and prioritize MRDs and PRDs, driving execution across R&D, delivery, support and marketing. Such MRDs & PRDs can include independent products and solutions as well as capabilities and features to be added to Ceragon core products.
· Evaluate ecosystem partnerships (HW/SW/integration) to enhance value for private network verticals.
· Track and report product KPIs aligned with corporate OKRs.
What does it require from you?
· 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Solution Manager in telecom, networking or wireless domains.
· Professional experience with Private Networks deployments – deep understanding of enterprise / utility / municipality use-cases.
· Proven ability to gather and translate customer requirements into product capabilities/specifications.
· Excellent communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally across technical and business teams.
· Strong understanding of the product life cycle management methodology
· Technical background in wireless communications, RF, or IP networking – a significant advantage.
· Fluent English – required, additional languages an advantage.
Additional Qualifications & Qualities (Preferred)
· Experience working in companies with deep R&D-driven hardware or wireless communications products.
· Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, compelling product narratives.
· Strong collaboration skills with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer-Facing Engineering.
· Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product delivery: strategy, roadmap, launch, and lifecycle management.
· Hands-on experience engaging customers and sales teams globally – especially in multi-region deployment environments.
· Comfortably preparing and delivering presentations to both executive stakeholders and technical audiences.
