We are looking for PMO Leader to join our team:
The PMO Leader will be responsible for managing a backoffice team supporting the operational and financial aspects of project management within the company’s internal systems. This position is critical to ensuring the traceability of customer purchase orders, revenue processing, billing, and document management required for effective project execution and control.
The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, strong knowledge of administrative processes and control tools, and the ability to coordinate teams while ensuring accurate financial and operational project information. Previous experience in telecommunications is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management and Backoffice Processes
• Lead and coordinate a team of 2 people responsible for administrative tasks related to project management.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders into internal operational systems.
• Validate the correct processing of revenues reported by Project Managers.
• Ensure that customer documentation is transformed and submitted in a format compatible with Ceragon's ERP.
• Oversee the submission of billing requests based on client documentation and deliverables.
Project Information Management
• Provide administrative support to PMs and ensure they have up-to-date, reliable project status information.
• Ensure traceability of the financial and operational status of each project.
• Implement processes to improve the efficiency and quality of administrative support for the project area.
Collaboration and Reporting
• Generate periodic reports with key project and financial KPIs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate standards.
• Act as liaison between operational, administrative, and finance teams.

Required Skills & Competencies
· Project Management: Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies; Scrum is a plus.
· Advanced Excel: Skilled in data analysis, report creation, and information consolidation.
· Communication & Leadership: Ability to lead teams, facilitate meetings, and coordinate cross-functional processes.
· Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling administrative and financial data.
· Process Orientation: Skilled in documenting and improving operational and administrative processes.
· Languages: Advanced English required; Portuguese is a plus.
· Industry: Experience in telecommunications or tech companies is desirable.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
· Proven knowledge of project management tools and ERP systems.
· Previous experience leading administrative or operational support teams is a plus.
