Deliverables for Project Manager

·        Delivery of all deliverables included in an approved detailed time plan covering the

scope of the project as agreed in Customer Contract document.

Drive the build & onboarding program to ensure the Sites/links are delivered on time as per customer requirements

·        Prepare and submit Status Reports according to reporting structure.

·        Documented detailed acceptance procedures and acceptance Plan.

·        Agreed list of Outstanding Activities with defined actions and responsibilities to

enable closure.

·        Final Acceptance Certificate signed by the Customer.

·        Agreed deliverables handed over to the Customer.

·        Agreed deliverables handed over to the Support organization.

·        Daily, weekly & governance dashboards on formats/templates agreed with


Drive P&L of assigned account/s



- Overall responsible to achieve the project goals as agreed with customer.

- Ensure onboarding programs are executed in timely manner and handover to project for production deployment

- Link by link MW delivery as per customer requirements

- Additional Services including CSR I&C, Aggregator router I&C, Battery I&C as per customer requirements

- Professional Services delivery as per customer requirements

- Administer plans, risk handling, resource issues and reports to the Program


- Responsible to drive all subcontractors team and ensure safety and quality deployment.

- Ensure installation & commissioning work of microwave transmission equipment

at circle level.

Manage a team of build and subcontractor resources on day today basis

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers, the

program and the project teams, and any service partners.

- Play an integral role during the all stages of transmission project lifecycle,

overseeing and managing the process flow, providing life cycle reporting for

various stakeholders and project governance.

- Develop required project documentation, identifying project goals and tasks and

generating assignments consistent to meet objectives.

- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding mutual expectations and

monitor customer satisfaction, seek and understand customer processes for

proper alignment of expectations.

- Effectively manage closure of project through customer final acceptance.

- Resource management & team management.

- Ensure an on-time and in-budget project.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of project management standards
