As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth in the region by developing, maintaining and effectively growing our customer base. The right candidate must have a proven track record of effectively hunting and finding new business in the energy sector. The individual must be well versed in broadband wireless applications, understand solution selling, and be results driven with a clear record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales in Europe focusing on bringing new business, increase business opportunities, and generate revenues from key strategic accounts
Areas of responsibility, objectives and duties:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in accordance with our comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer’s technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Conduct sales activities including solution selling, establishing value prop, responding to tenders, and performing hands-on demonstrations
Identifying, evaluating, and recommending product and service enhancements that improve the overall value to our customers.
Responsible to manage, build formal business proposals and presentations, present to all levels of the organization including executives, lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objectives to closure, and close sales in a professional and effective manner.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Forecast sales, track and report on key metrics.
Be an industry thought leader and attend various industry events, conferences and tradeshows to network and promote Ceragon's solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Energy Sectors, specifically Oil & Gas for both offshore and onshore connectivity
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Sales skills aligned with: understanding customer needs, relationship building, negotiating on value, results orientation, adding value to customers, and account planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Wireless mobility solutions and Access Technology experience is an asset
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
