Salesforce Applications Manager

Job Description


The CRM Applications Manager will serve as the main focal point for all IT aspects which relate to Ceragon’s Sales group by building close and trusted relationship with the groups’ management and teams to make sure that the delivered IT solutions aligned with their business goals.

  • Work closely with the business to understand goals, strategy, processes and requirements
  • Act as an advisor for process which involves IT systems
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the business organization
  • Proactively identify process and technology challenges and propose solutions
  • Assist the business in translating needs into IT requirements and analyze optional technologic solutions
  • Manage delivery of projects and enhancements to successful implementation
  • Conduct periodic meetings to review accomplishments, challenges and workplan
  • Act as a team leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process

Job Requirements

  • Vast experience with SalesForce.com
  • Experience in Sales processes transformation
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Business-related degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proactively takes ownership
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to build partnership with the business
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
  • Experience in global multi-culture environment
  • Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution
